    Hello,

    I have a huge problem with my customers Webshop, I will try to explain as good as I can.

    The problem first we have is, that some orders that are successfully paid via PayPal get marked as cancelled, some others are marked as processing. I can see in the order details, that I get a IPN confirmation from paypal (also transaction ID on top) but then the system randomly puts the order from pending in processing and then in cancelled all in the same minute. But those orders where it says IPN confirmed, are really paid when I check in my paypal account.

    Are you using one of our marketplace’s PayPal extensions? If so, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
