Order Status don’t update

Hi,

for a couple of days now the order status don’t update. All the plugins work good without any error and everything is updated. We have to control the payments by every single order and update the order manually in the shop.

Is this a known problem now, or what can i do to solve this?

I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions!
