Order status is not updated through webhooks.

    I am using this to update order status in our plugin but its not working for one of our customer.


    add_action(‘woocommerce_api_tz_payment’, ‘tzp_webhook_payment_status_change’);

    this hook itself is not triggered.Let me know what can cause this to be not triggering.

    From what I understand you are a plugin developer and the plugin is not working for one of our customers, correct?

    If the issue is with only one customer, but it works correctly with other people, have they tried running a conflict test yet? You can share this guide with them and ask them to try the steps in it.

    Are you able to replicate the issue on your end?
