ORDER STATUS ISSUE RECEIVED BY PAYPAL

Hi,
we are writing to you due to an order status problem after purchase via paypal.
Premise: the site is online, but it does not direct to any domain at this moment.
After purchasing through PayPal, the user lands on the thank you and order summary page, but still displays, erroneously, the order status “Pending”. Only after the page has been refreshed does the status change to “Processing”.
Why? Can you help us? Thank you.
