    When product type is ‘Virtual’ OR ‘Download’, order is not completed, an no mails are send to customer automatically.
    When product type is ‘Virtual’ AND ‘Download’, mail to customer is send twice, and order status is set to ‘Completed’ and then set back to ‘Processing’ later, as seen in the order notes.

    Do you have any advise on this.

    What I would like is, just only email to customer when order is completed(paid), and order status set to ‘Completed’

    Otherwise all is good to go with the plugin ??

    WooCommerce is the one in charge of handling the completed email and its rules.

    As much as we would love to help you, this is an ticket and concern that you should post on the WooCommerce support instead ??
