    Hello!
    We have entered the correct IPN URL, also tried manually pulling the IPN request from the PesaPal Dashboard, but unfortunately, the statuses remain the same.

    Debug Log is enabled but the mentioned file cannot be found anywhere.
    Where this file can be found?

    We have liaised with Pesapal and they say there’s no issue on their end.
    Can you be more specific please?
    We already know how to enable the PHP error logs.
    However, in your plugin settings, there’s a Debug option. But that option doesn’t seem to work. There’s a path to the Log file, but that file is no where in the hosting.
    Can you please confirm that the Debug option is not working either?

    Hey @psychosis51,

    There should be an error log generated when transactions are hit. Let me take a look at the code and add more debugging options.

    Debugging is just a small issue.
    The problem is with the Order Statuses. We’d like to get help on this.

    Is there anything specific we should be telling to the PesaPal support?

    We contacted them, and they said there’s no issue on their end.

    Order status is handled with the IPN push from PesaPal, you will need to debug it with PesaPal as other users complained on the same

    Hope this finds you well. Please send me more details using the form on this page https://www.hubloy.com/request-assistance/ with your WordPress admin and ftp details to help me debug the issue.
    I did debug the issue with a user before and the issue was on PesaPal’s side not sending the IPN requests, as their support is very reluctant on getting things fixed.

    Haw do you manually push ipn on pesapal and will I be doing it every time?Am sorry for the many question.

    When I click retry on pesapal ipn area it just shows 6 pending ipns

    Yes, please send all then check the logs

    Unfortunately even after pushing the ipns they are still pending. I have also tried pesapress which submits orders on its own with an error of number/name missing
