    Hi, I have connected Stripe with my WooCommerce shop. A customer made a payment last night and can see the money deducted from their card already. However, until now, the WooCommerce status is still Pending Payment. I have checked with Stripe but their end is working fine.

    I compared it with the previous orders. The latest one doesn’t have order notes.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Just to confirm, have you set the Webhook Endpoints so that Stripe can communicate with your site?

    If you have done that and the issue persists, could you please share your System Status report with us?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Once we have that, we will be able to advise you further ??
