    Hello!
    We have entered the correct IPN URL, also tried manually pulling the IPN request from the PesaPal Dashboard, but unfortunately, the statuses remain the same.

    Debug Log is enabled but the mentioned file cannot be found anywhere.
    Where this file can be found?
    woocommerce/logs/pesapal-6c78382ce40d941b4a921fbdad2ddf24.txt

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello @gomez1996,

    Thanks for your response. I enabled logging on the plugin and none was logged, hence I mentioned earlier the issue is with PesaPal not sending the IPN requests back to the endpoint. A similar user had the same issue and PesaPal resolved it for them. You will have to take this on with PesaPal as they control that.
