    Hey there,

    Authorized payments(not automatically captured) will be marked as ‘On Hold’ rather than ‘Processing’. This is because technically the payment is not yet paid. Once the charge is captured, it should be automatically marked as ‘Processing’.

    I’m having the same problem as selesti above. I do have “Capture charge immediately” checked.

    The order is marked “On Hold” when the user uses a credit card. But even when the payment shows as “settled” in Braintree, the order stays “on hold” in woocommerce. You can see my configuration in this thread:

    With respect, there are now several threads about the credit card orders going into On-Hold instead of processing. While I know this is a free plugin, it is also an essential plugin, in that no woocommerce website can survive without working payment options. We just can’t wait for weeks for a reply from support when the updated version is not working. I liked your plugin, but are you looking into this issue at all, or do we all just switch to another plugin?

    How do I push an order through that’s marked on hold? I was able to resolve the PayPal validation error by changing the email.

    Yep! Status On Hold for me too.
    Not using Braintree tho.
