Order status “On hold” after a successful payment

    The payments done through Coinbase are done successfully but the status is stay “on hold”.

    The reason we got is the following:
    Coinbase payment detected, but awaiting blockchain confirmation. Order status changed from Pending payment to Blockchain Pending.

    Any idea how to fix, or what is the issue?

    Yes, the Webhook Setup is done already.
    The payment is done and our client is receiving the payment from his side.
    The problem is that on WooCommerce the status of the order is still “on hold”.

    I hope you’re doing well, sorry that you are facing this kind of issue, but this could be some Plugin/ Theme conflict.

    Can you confirm, if you are using any other payment gateway plugin?, that actually completes the “Order Status”?

    The other Payment method we have is Paypal and is working properly.
    But this doesn’t use a separate plugin. It’s working with the Woocommerce settings.
