    Hi there –
    We have received three orders recently done via PayPal and in the orders screen these are shown as ON HOLD – Payment Pending (unilateral). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold. Checking the PayPal account we find that the payment was indeed processed.

    We are using Printful for Drop Shipping (and the Printful plugin). Printful is not even seeing the order. I believe that the PayPal is not sending back confirmation of the payment to the website…I think.

    We are also using PayPal Standard. I do understand that WooCommerce is now recommending a new PayPal WooCommerce plugin but this site currently is using PP standard.

    Let me know what other info I can supply and I look forward to your help!

    I understand you are your orders are set to ON HOLD and your order notes display “Payment pending (unilateral)”.

    For the most part, this is related to the set up of the PayPal account.

    The first step is to reach out to PayPal support to verify with them that everything is in order.

    If there are any questions after that, please let us know.

    Please share a copy of your site’s System Status if you need further assistance. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thank you! I must apologize for my lack of response. After submitting this, I discovered that indeed we had not completed the PayPal setup and we resolved this. Thank you for your quick replies!
