Order Status: Pending Payment

    Hi,

    We have an issue with order statuses not updating. This was working correctly 12 hours ago. From the debug log:

    [0] => cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate and 11-07-2023 @ 08:12:52 – Error occurred: Bad access of page.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    This error seems to indicate that there might be an issue with the SSL certificate on the site.

    In order for us to take a closer look, can you please share a copy of your current System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce?→?Status.

    Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
