Order status remains “Pending” after being accepted

  • I’m having an issue with MercadoPago plugin for Woocommerce.
    When the user clicks the button PAY in my website, a new order is created with “Pending payment” status.
    However the status would never change, even though the payment is later in the progress accepted.
    I expect it would send IPN notification and change the status to “On hold” or “Processing”. Am I right?

    Setup:
    Woocommerce 3.7.1
    WordPress 5.2.4
    MercadoPago 4.0.8
