Order status shows cancelled after successful payment.

  • The payment gateway we are using is shiprocket. When a customer makes a payment we receive the payment but the order status instead of showing “in progress” shows “canceled”.
    in shiprocket dashboard, it shows payment received,
    While in order status in WordPress, it still shows canceled.
    So we have to manually change the status every time we face the problem
    This problem is not for all the orders.
