order status stay pending using monetico gateway payment was successful

Hello,
my development site is at https://publicationsjeunesse.ca/stage
I am using WooCommerce with Monetico Gateway n°78617 plugin in a website i’m developing for my client and I run into some error with the payment even though the payment is successful.
the error message I get on my account page (the return URL) is: ‘Payment error! Your order is not confirmed.’
at the same time I get an email from Desjardins <[email protected]> with the following message: “Nous vous informons que votre paiement par carte a été accept鮼/strong>”
i.e. payment was successful.Desjardins support team say this is something with my return url page which is https://publicationsjeunesse.ca/stage/my-account
i’m not sure how to resolve this?
