Order Status Variation

  • 1. When keys for Ordered Products are not stored, “Error during status transition. License Keys are invalid.” is being showed in the Order Details Page (Woocommerce > Orders > Edit Order), when trying to update order status from pending to completed. But on the Shop Order Page(Woocommerce > Orders), status is being showed as “Completed”.

    2. For Completed Orders, Status for License keys are showed “Delivered” but not “Sold”

    3. Is there any option to add a newly created License Key from the Order Details Page (Woocommerce > Orders > Edit Order) Page?

    4.Whenever the #1 problem happening, no matter how I try to Attach Ordered Key for the Order, it’s not being sent…
    FYI – I can’t use generator, as I have specific keys…

    1 more thing I just Noticed, if I add new keys after receiving order of the similar product, Keys are not being delivered…

    Sorry for the late reply, I was quite busy the last 2-3 months.

    I’ll need some more information on this. Can you give me a step-by-step guide on how to recreate the problem?

    I’d really like to help you in this case.. But, already took subscription from another author’s Plugin right now…
