Order status when charge type is “authorize”

    Hello,

    Is there a way to automatically set the order status to “processing” instead of “on hold” when the charge type is “authorize” and not “capture”.

    From within the plugin, there is no such option to configure it this way. The only option for this is if you create a WC filter that changes the status from “on-hold” to “processing” automatically. However, this is custom coding that you need to research. I am asking around to see if we have anything for this or can point you in the right direction. Will let you know if I find anything that can help you.

    Hello @moussaab

    I would not expect there to be any difference between the authorize/capture setting, since you can only have one of the 2 set. This should apply to either one.
