Order stays in Processing

  • Hi! I havea a woocommerce platform and all the products are for download.
    I have it linked to a PayPal account. It’s happening that everytime I receive an order and the payment is confirmed the status stays in Processing.
    I have all the PayPal information correctly configured (PayPal Identity Token, mail, api credentials).

    Any help on this?
