    Hi there,
    I’m having an issue where a customer’s order still went to “processing” even though their credit card payment failed. They are even getting notifications that their order went through (although it displays the html/shortcodes and not their actual info). I’ve tried searching to see how to prevent that but I’m not stumbling upon the right info. How do I send an order into “failed” status when this happens and prevent it from going through?

    I think I figured out part of the issue. Using Booster for Woocommerce, I had set the default order status as Processing, so I think that was sending orders through to customers even if their payments were declined.
