Order stuck in Pending Payment even though the payment was made

    Hi,

    I have an issue with some orders being stuck in Pending Payment status, even though the payment went through. This happens randomly, and I didn’t find any errors related to payments in the debug.log. A couple of times, for this stuck orders, the status changed to Processing as it should, but it happened hours from the actual payment. For the rest we have to change the status manually. Could you please advice on how to fix this?

    I understand the order status is stuck on pending payment.

    To assist you further, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? It is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Thank you for sending the system report.

    Can you please navigate to Wp-Admin > plugins > WooCommerce and update the version of WooCommerce on your site? And then navigate to WooCommerce > status > tools > update database, be sure to update the database to make it match the WooCommerce version.

    After that, you can create a test order to see what is the status.

    Hi, thank you. I did the update, so far it works. But even before this issue didn’t show every time just occasionally and I couldn’t find a pattern to explain why it occurs.
