    Hello,
I’ve setup a woocommerce store recently and I sue Stripe to receive Credit Cards payment.

Everything was going fine, until I received an order from a customer that went through (I received the money and he got access to the downloadable files), but the order is stuck on ‘Processing’. It is a virtual and downloadable product, and other orders have received the “Finished” status to the order, only his wasn’t set automatically to “Finished”.

Any ideas on why this order didn’t get the right status automatically ? Should I worry of the consequences of this bug in the futur ? I would like to resolve it to not wast time checking those order and then realize it just didn’t get the right status.

    Thanks in advance !

    Hey there!

If the only items in the order are both virtual and downloadable, then the order should go directly to Completed. If there is a product in the order that is not both those, then it won’t.

The main reasons we see this happening is that there was an issue communicating between the site and the payment processor. If you see this happening more, then I would recommend taking further steps to debug this, starting with conflict testing. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

Thank you for your help !

I looked futher and I saw that it was the subscription product that wasn’t downloadable, so I changed that. Thanks for your help
