Order terms per post basis?

  • Currently i’am working on a new project and desperately need a way to sort post terms categories and tag per post basis.. Has anyone came across such thing, or possible know a plugin like that?

    do you mean the sorting the display of the meta information (often at the top or bottom) of a post or do you mean the display of the actual posts in a special order?

    what is the end result you are aiming for? can you share a few examples. i am not clear on exactly what you want to do so i can’t recommend much yet.

    Yes i meant the post meta information. Let’s say i have post1 and post2, booth are assigned to category1, category2, category3. When i view the archive or the post single, those terms appear in default order like category1, category2, category3. What i need is to change the order of terms for post1 to be category3,category2, category1 and for post2 category2, category3, category1. This drive me nuts as i can’t find a solution to my problem.
    Hope the above example make sense.

    Definitely I’m interest too, sorting categories differently per post basis would be a cool and interesting to feature.
