    Hi there,
I’ve got a quick question about my Order Management setup. You can check out my current configuration here: https://nimb.ws/4NPhA5x

Here’s the deal: I’ve noticed that when Klarna orders get cancelled by Klarna, they’re stuck in “Pending payment” status instead of switching to “Cancelled”: https://nimb.ws/SNOi02H

Shouldn’t these orders be flipping to “Cancelled” automatically with these settings?

    Thank you
    Paolo

    Hi Paolo,

Do you see any error messages in the order notes on the WooCommerce order when this issue appear?

Here’s what I see in the order notes: https://nimb.ws/7Cubg3c

The note in Italian says: “Ordine non pagato annullato – tempo limite raggiunto. Lo stato dell’ordine è cambiato da In attesa di pagamento a Annullato.”

Which translates to English as: “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. The order status has changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”

Despite this note indicating the status change, the order still appears as “Pending payment” in the Klarna system, which is the core of the issue I’m experiencing.

Let me know if you need any additional information to help resolve this.

    Thank you!

    Hi Paolo,

To be able to continue the troubleshooting i need to take a look at the Klarna order management logs from when the order was cancelled. Since that is private information that should not be published in this public forum i suggest that you also create a support ticket in our Krokedil support form here and send us the Klarna Order Management log from the same day the order was cancelled and the order number. And then when we know more about the cause/solution i will also post it here in the forum.

    Hi,

It looks from the order notes that the customer aborted the order and then the order remained in the status Pending Payment. This is not an issue in the plugin, just how WooCommerce handles the order via WooCommerce hold stock feature. We recommend that you read this documentation and check your Hold stock setting in your store.

I am now setting this ticket to resolved, if you are still experiencing issues please get back to us.
