order waiting for payment

Hello
I installed the plugin as requested, and set it in test mode with easytransac.
Problem is that when an order is passed, it remains in “waiting for paiement”
Which means that no mail is triggered, toward seller or buyer, which is obviously a big problem. Could you help to solve that ?!
