When a customer places an order with Amazon pay, we will be notified that the order has failed.
We have introduced Amazon pay on our WordPress Woocommerce.
When a customer places an order with Amazon pay payment, we will receive notification email “failed order”&“new order”.We were able to confirm that the customer successfully completed the payment with Amazon pay in the transaction management of Amazon pay.
Why do We get “failed order” email?
Order at our company → Customer logs in on Amazon pay → Payment
Is it due to a time lag?Any feedback appreciated.
