    Order #xxxxx has been marked paid by PayPal IPN, but was previously cancelled. Admin handling required.

    I’m getting this message and my Woocommerce orders get cancelled, even though I received the payment. Any ideas on what I can do?

    Hi there,

    To troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Share a screenshot of the order notes section of the affected order
    • Share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**
    • Share a copy of the debug log as found under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**

    Having the same issue, not only with Paypal, but also with local credit card gateway module.

    Everything is as usual in system log, there are no logs in System logs except test-log

    Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.

    If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
