orderby=title and international characters

Hi! I’m having trouble with the orderby=title parameter and international characters. Letters ?, ? and ? should be sorted after Z (in that order) but the plugin interprets them as A and O. Is there a way around this? I use
[catlist id=4 orderby=title order=asc]
