Ordered Product Image isn’t being showed

  • Nice Plugin indeed. But, I’m facing a problem, where in the emails Images are not being showed. It says, “The Linked Image can’t be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed or deleted. Verify that, the linked points to the file…..”

    I did not change any of the files anywhere. Can anybody help me please, to solve this…?

    Hey,
    It’s possible your email inbox is preventing the images from downloading. What inbox platform are you using to check the mail? Also, is your site live?

    I use SMTP service… I used your Plugin since February, I guess… I was working perfectly earlier. But, recently I did a reset for my website and set all up from the scratch. Now, I’m facing the Problem.

    Hey,
    That output doens’t seem to be for an email with an order item table. So it wouldn’t include the product image. I’m trying to see from the output code what your image src is since that doesn’t seem to be loading for you.
