I’m not familiar with OrderHive, so I’m not sure what the exact issue may be here. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Thanks for that! the information from OrderHive is especially helpful. I can see the error is with establishing a database connection, which isn’t WooCommerce specific, but WordPress specific – what I would recommend doing here is reaching out to your web host to see if they can help with the issue, or if you have a developer you work with they would be able to assist with fixing the error.
