Ordering (bug?)

I assumed the ‘serial’ value in the Category section was used to order the category display order. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. I was going to report this as a possible bug; however, the ‘file a bug report’ link in the plugin leads me to a 404 error here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/faq-for-elementor/
