Ordering bug (by edited and not published)

Thank you for contacting us! Instagram’s API only supplies one value for the timestamp of each post and this is what our plugin uses to order the posts. When I check the posts in the feed on https://www.rosannarubino.com against the posts directly on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/rosanna_rubino/, it appears the posts in your feed are ordered correctly by date. Directly on Instagram I see two older posts pinned to the top of the list of posts, but information about pinned posts is not included in the results from Instagram’s API, so these don’t appear in the same order in your feed as directly on Instagram.

Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear that information clarified the ordering of the feed. Currently the pinned posts will appear in the feed but based on the date they were created rather than being pinned to the top, so depending on their age you may need to click the Load More button to see them. If Instagram adds support for pinned posts in their API we will investigate adding this support in the plugin as well. If you ever need any other support, please let us know.
