    Hi, I want to have a similar form like this: https://al-anon.dk/Default.aspx?nid=11

    When you click on the last blue text, it opens up and you can choose the amount you want. Then it will automatically calculate the price for you. When all the products have been chosen, I click SEND and the order will be send to an email. Can you do this and can you should how to do it?Is it for free or paid?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear friend, technical part is possible but we don’t have styling options like that, for example click on blue line and text appears after that.

    Instead you can create conditional fields, and show certain fields when user makes a selection. And yes, you can calculate the fields and can also get submissions on your email address.

    These options are available in the paid version of the plugin.
