If you try to move any of the others, do they work and keep their new place? Or just this one does not work?

If it’s just this one, can you check the browser’s console when you move it to see if there are errors in the console?

It’s only this one user “Ryan P. Cook” that won’t go after Rebecca. I see this in fire fox dev console after I move the user then click Apply

This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 0 0”.

I don’t see the same error in Chrome but the issue remains in either browser

It is not working on it. it gets dragged but when refreshed posts return to their order—any help? The owner of the theme is using some ascending/descending function…

It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate SCPO and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
