Ordering is based on the date and time the employee was added. You can edit the post date to change the order in which they are displayed.

That’s what I thought and tried it – but it’s not working that way. I have the oldest and newest entries side by side on the top entry. Then I have the second oldest all the way on the bottom. Doesn’t match post numbers either, which matched the dates in terms of chronological order of entry. Thought it was the cache but tried clearing it and then used another browser with the same results. My client is one of your clients so you can feel free to see for yourself if you wish us to send you a support ticket. Otherwise it’s a nice addition that is very useful for a basic employee/agent list.

Same problem, no change if we edit the post date

I am also having the same issue. I have changed the date to the earliest date of all agents and the newest date and neither setting worked.

Can you submit a help desk ticket with a link to your website where the ordering is not working correctly so we can be better able to assist you with this? [email protected]
