Ordering Posts by Date $querystr

  • Hi Guys,

    I’ve read a couple of topics and tried different methods – including the methods documented in posts here about using custom fields to order the post date, and using a second custom post meta if you already have one specified in the request.

    But it’s just not working…

    This is the code i have at the moment:

    At the moment this is listing 4 posts in a slider but it’s listing them in a seemingly random order, i want it to list the most recent ones first by date.

    Any help you could give me would be truly appreciated, i’ve been battling with this for days, trying code samples from all over the web no no avail!!!
