ordering system & product interest gathering

Hello

I am trying to set up an online ordering system, as well as in another location on the website, a way to have people browse over the site and choose items of interest and I wil receive an “order” for information and there contact information.

. I do not need (or want) to have prices indicated, because the tool is really only for receiving order. Prices are negociated with each client seperately.
Is there a way to set this up:

1 – for an ordering system with no prices
2 – for a simple system where people will click on items of interest and I will get a form showing with they clicked on with their contact info?

If possible, can one put comment fields for people to leave more details if needed for items/categories of interest?
