    I have an issue.
    On the event page in the back-end I added several tickets.
    However I cannot drag and drop the tickets for re-ordering!
    Now the order is unlogical en confusion for the enduser.

    I tested with al other plug in disabled and also with other theme selected.
    The issue remains.

    I cannot open a support ticket at ‘the events calender’ since I’m not using the PRO version of the ‘tickets’ plug in.

    Anyone advice on how to solve this or does anyone has similar issue?

    Can you go ahead and place a support request for this issue here? I think it will make it easier to help resolve the issue. When you submit the ticket, mention that I asked you to submit the ticket and they can transfer it to me, if they would like.

    Hi Chad,

    Unfortunally I cannot create a support tickets since this is only for paid licensces.

    Is there a place where I can report this bug?

    Thank you for the update.

    That is strange that you are not able to create a support ticket.

    When you go to the support page, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the “Open a ticket” button, and then in the drop-down, you can choose “Something else”. Once you click on this, a form will open for you to fill out. Go ahead and fill it out and then click on “Submit”. You will get a notification that we only offer premium support to customers with a license. The ticket should still go through. Just be sure to put in the request that I asked you to submit the ticket.
