Orderly, clean, & intuitive. Nice, helpful people at Echo Plugins

I’ve never set up a knowledgebase before, but I’ve used plenty of them. I looked at all the WP offerings before choosing this one. It was one of the newest available, but I liked the clean, appealing design, and it had all the features I needed plus many more. I didn’t want to learn another new thing. I wanted something straightforward and logical. this appeared to be just that when I selected it.

After activating the plugin, I simply knew how to use it. I had it up and running quickly. I don’t have much of the content ready yet, consequently, I’ve spent more time on this review that it took me to figure out how to use Echo Knowledgebase. The setup was exactly how I expected it would be. Intuitive. That’s the best kind of software.

Because I had reason to contact the developer, I found out that he was nice, fast, thorough, and helpful.
