    Hi I am trying to get the Woocommerce plugin to add users to ConstantContact when an order is placed. I have checked all the boxes

    Hi @quintont

    Just to be certain, are you for sure using our WooCommerce plugin here? Or are you using our forms plugin found over at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/constant-contact-forms/

    If you’re using the forms plugin, then let’s move this support request over to that plugin’s forum, as we have this on almost the correct one, but not quite ??

    OK, I have the correct plugin installed from here and it prompted me to import my past clients and did take a long time, showing that status as pending but eventually showed zero clients imported. Should I uninstall and try again?

    For this specific issue, we’ve determined that it’s going to be best to have you contact Customer Support directly over at https://community.constantcontact.com/contact-support.

    Once there, mention that you’re having some issues with the WooCommerce integration with Constant Contact’s plugin, and you can request getting elevated to Tier 2 support, where specialists with the integration will be able to expedite the process.
