Orders are Automatically Cancelled [Important]

Hello,
We are running a site with Woocommerce, our big problem now is that all orders are automatically cancelled.
For example, when a visitor buys a product, later on, it will be cancelled automatically.
This has been happening since our site’s launch date on Nov. 30.
