Orders are being accepted even though transaction failed

    Can you elaborate? What version of WPeC are you using? What payment gateway are you using?

    Hi Justin,

    WPEC 3.8.8.5
    Payment gateway: Cardsave v1.3

    I can make an update… but older versions should still send transaction failed emails?

    Hi lord_dev,

    I’d recommend getting in touch with the developer of that gateway, as that’s not a core gateway. That’s correct that you shouldn’t be receiving emails on failed transaction emails, but that functionality is handled by the gateway, not core.
