Orders are missing

It’s likely a backup was not done that included the orders and a restore was done with the wrong back up. Because this data is only stored in the database, you’ll need to find the correct backup and restore that data.

You can restore this data to a staging site then export the orders and import them to the preferred site. Here are the plugins you can use to do that:
