Since April 8th, none of my orders have been imported or even checked for import to printful.com. Typically after the order moves to processing (either manually or automatically) then Printful will check if there are any pending orders with products to import from woocommerce to printful within 30 minutes. It has stopped doing so at all recently though. The shop and all products still display fine, store is synced, API is working but I have two orders sitting in “processing” that aren’t being imported to printful. The order notes don’t show them being checked or imported and stop at “order moved to processing status”. I just had to manually create an order for a customer on printful.com from last week that was never imported.

Any ideas what could be causing this or what I can do to resolve it? Should I try to set up the API or products again between woocommerce and printful? I’ve tried doing “refresh store data” from printful.com account but it didn’t make any difference so far. If you need any additional info from me, please let me know.

Looks like it is working again with a test order, at least the order notes are being updated that it was checked and no synced products in printful were found.

I unchecked the WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory – Enable Stock Management that I had recently added that in order to limit the timeout for orders / add to carts. Does this plug-in support using that option with it or does that interfere?

I don’t think this issue would be caused by the payment gateway if the order is getting pushed to “processing” as it should.

    Thanks,

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us with these concerns!
As for inventory tracking, if you have enabled automatic stock updates in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View store > Settings > Orders, as seen here, this could potentially interfere with how the stock levels appear on your product listings.
However, this should not prevent existing orders from syncing up with us.

Could you email us at [email protected] with all of the associated order numbers that were not syncing up with your Printful Dashboard, so we could check on this matter in more detail?
