    Hi Guys

    Can you please be so kind and help us with the following, we have installed your plugin which we like very much, and is our only payment option and this time. The orders that are made in the night, will appear canceled in the morning, we take the order, but the payment is not processed right away, the customer will receive a email with the payment instructions. Is there a way to prevent orders not canceling ? also how can we receive a copy of the new order, because currently we are not. Our website is https://hempearth.ca

    Payments will timeout because either

    1. WooCommerce stock handling will time out before MCC
    or
    2. The user has not transferred the requested amount.

    Could you give an example of a payment that you say should have been detected, but wasn’t? Ideally, we’d like the MCC payment ID as seen in the order’s details. You can e-mail us directly at [email protected].

    fixed this for me.

    It might be helpful to make a note in the plugin settings that it can be overridden by WooCommerce since many users won’t even be aware of the setting as it doesn’t cancel orders with other payment gateways.
