orders cancelled

Hi. I am brand new to wordpress and the forum. I’ve been searching around for an answer to my question, but can’t find an answer. I have recently migrated from wix and just made my wordpress site live. I had 2 orders right away, but they cancelled soon after they were placed. The customer used Amazon pay. I had run a test order myself which processed fine through Amazon. Other people seem to have this problem with paypal, but I can’t find any help that is Amazon specific. Running through info to make sure I have everything, but as this is new I could easily be overlooking things. Any advice is appreciate ?? BTW- the orders never showed up on my Amazon order report.
