Orders coming through with wrong prices

Are you currently using a caching plugin? If yes, please make sure to exclude the Cart, My Account, and Checkout pages: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

If you don’t have any caching plugins active on your site, then you’ll want to do a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict.
