Orders do not appear in the backoffice between two dates.

  • Hello, I have orders that do not appear in the backoffice between two dates, exactly between the 9th and the 11th of September. Stripe has captured the payments but they don’t appear in the backoffice.

    At the moment I’m receiving the orders from the 11th, but I don’t understand why it jumped during this period.

    How can I display the orders during this period?
