orders dos not appear in vendor dashboared

    when i assign products to vendor from the wordpress admin panel then try to make purchases the order dose not appear in the vendeor order dashboard bout when i add new products through vendor dashboard and try to buy it it do appear in the order for the vendor dashboard iam using shoptimizer theme and using dokan free version why is this happening ?

    Dear @marwanhatem,

    I hope you are doing well. This could be a result of a plugin/theme conflict. To resolve this, please try the following –

    • Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then –

    • Switch to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.

    If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there is a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. To find the responsible theme/plugin, kindly perform a proper conflict test.


    If you successfully find the conflicting plugin or theme, kindly contact the respective theme/plugin support for better guidance.

    Please note that, vendors are now unable to purchase their own products as Dokan has removed this feature in their latest update.
