Orders double booked and jquery depreciation

Hi Bas,

Since 01/12/2020, we experience the following issues regarding the plugin:
1. orders do not have a created pdf invoice
2. orders have been booked twice, one with an invoice the another one without an invoice
3. jquery migrate mentions: woocommerce-pdf-invoices/assets/js/settings.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

The latest version 3.1.4 has been installed.

Could you help us out to solve this?
