    Hello! I have installed your terrific plugin and customised my email templates. Just doing some testing and have noticed that if there is a Downloadable product in the Cart, the Processing Order email notification is NOT sent to the Customer. However the New Order notification is received to admin.

    Do you have any ideas what the issue might be? I was checking that the download link was available in the email confirmation when I noticed they weren’t being received.

    Hey Melanie,
    Thanks for reaching out! Apologies for the delay.
    With downloadable products there is nothing to be processed, so they shouldn’t be receiving order processing emails. Though they should get order confirmations still. Is that happening?
