Processing Order notification not received for Downloadable Products

Hello! I have installed your terrific plugin and customised my email templates. Just doing some testing and have noticed that if there is a Downloadable product in the Cart, the Processing Order email notification is NOT sent to the Customer. However the New Order notification is received to admin.
Do you have any ideas what the issue might be? I was checking that the download link was available in the email confirmation when I noticed they weren’t being received.
